The two Sun Belt Conference cross-divisional opponents on Arkansas State’s 2025 football schedule were announced Thursday by the league office, and the Red Wolves will face East Division members Appalachian State and Georgia Southern as part of their eight-game conference slate this year.

While dates for the Sun Belt Conference portion of A-State’s schedule haven’t been announced yet, the locations and opponents for each of its 12 regular-season games are now set for the upcoming campaign that will kickoff Aug. 30 against Southeast Missouri inside Centennial Bank Stadium.

The Red Wolves’ six home games will include non-conference outings against Southeast Missouri (Aug. 30) and Iowa State (Sept. 13) and Sun Belt contests against Georgia Southern and West Division members Louisiana, Southern Miss and Texas State. In addition to its two non-conference road games at Arkansas (Sept. 6) and Kennesaw State (Sept. 20), A-State will also travel to South Alabama, Troy and ULM of the Sun Belt’s West Division and to East Division foe App State.

Arkansas State’s entire 2024 football schedule, including conference dates, is expected to be announced on or before March 1. A-State football season-ticket renewals will begin later this month, at which time new season ticket sales will also be available in both premium and non-premium areas.

A season ticket renewal or season ticket purchase is a primary way to gain access to tickets for the Red Wolves matchup against Arkansas on Sept. 6 in Little Rock at War Memorial Stadium. Red Wolves Foundation priority points will be used for allocation, but all Red Wolves Foundation donors and season ticket holders will be provided the first opportunity to purchase tickets available through the limited A-State allotment.

The Red Wolves are coming off back-to-back bowl appearances, including a win in the 2024 68 Ventures Bowl against Bowling Green. A-State is among four FBS programs to increase its regular season win total every season since 2022.
