Arkansas State men’s basketball’s 18-game Sun Belt Conference schedule for the 2024-25 season was unveiled on Thursday by the league office, a slate featuring nine home and nine away contests.
With the nine home conference games added to six home non-conference dates announced Wednesday, the Red Wolves are now set to host 15 games inside First National Bank Arena in the second season under head coach Bryan Hodgson. A-State boasted an 11-7 conference record to finish fourth in the standings before making a run to the conference tournament title game.
Sun Belt play opens in Jonesboro with the Scarlet and Black hosting Coastal Carolina on Dec. 21, ahead of four straight on the road to open January. A-State begins the road swing at Old Dominion (Jan. 2) before traveling to 2024 NCAA Second Round participant James Madison (Jan. 4), followed by games at South Alabama (Jan. 9) and Troy (Jan. 11).
The Red Wolves then return to Jonesboro for a four-game home stand, with bouts against Louisiana (Jan. 16), Georgia State (Jan. 18), defending regular-season champion App State (Jan. 23) and Texas State (Jan. 25).
Four more road tests follow, with A-State traveling to Southern Miss (Jan. 29), Texas State (Feb. 1) and Marshall (Feb. 5) before stepping out of conference play for the second game of the MAC-SBC Challenge at a MAC opponent to be determined in January (Feb. 8).
A-State then hosts its final four home games of the season, taking on Southern Miss (Feb. 13), Troy (Feb. 15), South Alabama (Feb. 19) and ULM (Feb. 22), before traveling to Louisiana (Feb. 26) and ULM (Feb. 28).
The 2025 Sun Belt Conference Tournament will be held March 4-10 in Pensacola, Fla.
