Arkansas State picked up their 13th commitment for the Class of 2024 on Thursday when Valdosta, Georgia ATH Anthony Carter made his pledge to Butch Jones and his staff.
Carter, (6-0, 175) holds offers from Arkansas State, Columbia, Florida A & M, Tennessee Tech, and others.
