Coach Butch Jones and the Arkansas State Red Wolves received good news Thursday when graduate transfer offensive lineman Jordan Rhodes arrived on campus.
Rhodes, (6-5, 340) appeared in 12 games for the Ole Miss Rebels in 2021. He originally signed with South Carolina out of high school before transferring to Ole Miss.
He made 10 starts as a redshirt sophomore for South Carolina after appearing in four games as a freshman for the Gamecocks.
Rhodes saw the majority of his time on the field at Ole Miss as a member of the special teams unit, making his only start at left guard against Arkansas on October 30.
He saw time against Tennessee the following week, recording a fumble recovery for the Rebels.
Rhodes will have immediate eligibility at Arkansas State, with one season of eligibility remaining after signing to play for the Red Wolves Friday morning.
