Arkansas State will kick off the 2024 season Saturday night at 6 p.m. inside of Centennial Bank Stadium as they will host in-state foe Central Arkansas. With the new season on the horizon there is a lot of excitement in the air after the Red Wolves showed the beginnings of a turnaround last season.

One of the big surprises last year was Jaylen Raynor, the true freshman quarterback who sparked a second half offensive spurt in the Stoney Brook game, leading him to be named starter the following week where he then led the Red Wolves to victory against Southern Miss to open Sun Belt Conference play.

Raynor returns this year, and is excited to get the season going.
