Sun Belt Conference basketball coaches have selected John Brady's Arkansas State Red Wolves to win the western division of the Sun Belt Conference.
The Red Wolves earned eight of 12 first place votes from conference coaches, while Louisiana-Lafayette earned two votes, and North Texas and Denver earned one vote a piece.
The Red Wolves have also placed two athletes on the preseason all-conference teams.
Senior forward Martavius Adams (11.2 points and 7.1 rebounds per game last year) was named to the First Team preseason all-conference team, while junior guard Trey Finn (8.7 points per game) was named to the conference's Third Team.
John Brady's Red Wolves finished last season 17-15 overall and 11-5 in Sun Belt play.
