Arkansas State safety Javar Strong has entered the transfer portal according to Rivals.com.

Strong played as a true freshman for the Red Wolves where he tallied 20 tackles and 1 tackle for loss.

He signed with Arkansas State in 2020 as a 3-star prospect.
